Questions and Answers

Below you will find answers to many common questions about Drake University All In 2022.

What is All In?

All In is Drake’s 24 hour giving challenge where alumni, students, faculty, staff, family, and friends come together to support the University. This is our ninth year of going “All In” and sharing our Drake pride. It is an opportunity to show the power of the Drake community when we all support, share, and celebrate this exceptional University and its amazing impact. It is about dreams ignited, paths forged, and lives forever changed. It is about finding out how much we can achieve when we all go All In!

Why should I give to Drake University?

All In is your chance to support the things that make Drake exceptional. When you make your gift The Drake Fund, which supports the whole University on an annual basis, or specifically to colleges/schools, scholarships, athletics, student groups, or other areas at Drake, you're doing more than making a gift to a university. You're helping prepare students to change the world.

Why should I give during All In on March 3-4?

Because during All In, your gift goes further! With the many challenges and matches for each of Drake’s schools and colleges, for Athletics, Friends of Drake Arts, and other units and departments, as well as special matches for parents and students, your gift can be multiplied many times over and have an even greater impact.

After I’ve made my gift, how else can I be All In?

Spread the word! Encourage your friends, colleagues, family or fellow alumni to give at all-in.drake.edu on social media, tag your post with #DrakeAllIn. You can help us reach even more people who care about Drake University.

How much should I give?

We ask you to consider a gift that is meaningful to you. No matter how much you choose to give, your participation in All In makes a difference to the student experience.
