The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center transforms lives and strengthens communities with a mission to improve civility through character development and ethical leadership throughout the world. The Ray Center is the global home to CHARACTER COUNTS! and serves over 8 million youth worldwide. 

The Ray Center also works in the corporate, community, and public service arenas to positively impact the lives of others. Through our work we honor the legacy of Governor Robert D. and Mrs. Billie Ray, who inspired generations of Bulldogs through their legacy of humanitarianism, character, and leadership.
