Founded in 2000, the Donald V. Adams Leadership Institute (DVALI) has reached more than 7,000 students. The Adams Leadership Institute provides personalized leadership training for students across all majors. The Institute’s three-year educational series fosters self-awareness, collaboration, and perspective, which students apply to personal relationships, academic coursework, and their professional lives. These tangible leadership practices allow students to form an intentional community of leaders and create change on campus and throughout the community.
