The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center

The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center is dedicated to the legacy of Governor Robert D. and Mrs. Billie Ray, who have inspired generations of Bulldogs with their legacy of humanitarianism, character, and leadership. The Ray Center is committed to improving civility and developing ethical leadership worldwide. Its two programs, CHARACTER COUNTS! and Excellence with Integrity, are designed to create strong, vibrant communities that foster positive relationships and respectful behavior. Your gift to The Ray Center will aid in producing character and leadership development strategies for people of all ages.
